This is a 24/7 freestanding emergency department — a full ER, not an urgent care center. It's staffed and equipped to treat serious and life-threatening conditions, and is billed at hospital emergency room rates. 

No appointment is needed for emergency care — walk in anytime, day or night. For Health Center services like primary care and specialty visits, appointments are recommended.

Seek emergency care right away for chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, severe bleeding, broken bones, or any condition that feels life-threatening. If you're unsure how serious it is, it's better to be seen.

Patients are triaged based on the severity of their condition, not arrival order — so the most urgent needs are seen first. Our team will guide you through registration, evaluation, and treatment.

Bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if you have one), a list of current medications, and any known allergies.

Emergency services are billed at hospital ER rates. You may receive a separate bill for the facility and for physician services. 

If your condition requires a higher level of care, you may be transferred to a full-service hospital for continued treatment. You'll always be informed and asked for consent before any transfer.
