Ms. O'Byrne is responsible for the vision, strategic direction, cultivation of key relationships, and tone of the winning culture at Motus Group, LLC.

Her past experience includes serving as chief financial officer of Modernizing Medicine (2011-2020), which is transforming healthcare by placing doctors and patients at the center of care through an intelligent, specialty-specific cloud platform.

Ms. O'Byrne holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Florida.

She has brought 32 years of business experience to bear on the boards of Pace Center for Girls (Director, Treasurer; 2017-present), Susan G. Komen (Director, Treasurer; 2005-2010), and St. Andrews School (Audit Committee).  Her volunteer pursuits include Habitat for Humanity and Jack & Jill Children's Center, and she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of CPAs, and the Florida Institute of CFOs.

Ms. O'Byrne chairs the Holy Cross Finance and Appeals committees and serves on the Executive and Compliance committees.
