Pat McKay, CPA

Ms. McKay runs the Family Office Division within the firm, which frequently assists owner-led, entrepreneurial companies with M&A and C-suite consulting, as well as accounting and governance needs and investment oversight for high net worth families and their related companies, trusts etc.

Ms. McKay was previously the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Office Depot.  In addition to that role, she held either the CFO or senior finance role for Restoration Hardware, Inc., AutoNation, Inc. and Dole Food Company, Inc.  She also served as a member of the board of directors for Office Depot, Inc.  She earned her BBA from Florida Atlantic University and brings 40 years' experience to the board.

Her other board appointments include: Office Depot, Inc. (past), Florida Atlantic University Foundation (member, past-Chair), Jack and Jill Children's Center (Vice Chair), Committee for Economic Development (Trustee), Women Corporate Directors (past).

A member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, Pat enjoys volunteering for the Orange Bowl Committee, Jack & Jill Children's Center, and the Florida Atlantic University Foundation.

Ms. McKay serves on the Holy Cross Board Appeals and Finance committees.
