Healthways® Prime Fitness Program
Select health plans and employer groups offer Healthways Prime Fitness program, which includes physical activity programming, health content resources, products and services, as well as membership rewards to improve member health and well-being. Program members receive a membership to the Zachariah Family Wellness Pavilion, which includes access to our state-of-the-art cardio equipment, group fitness classes and amenities.

Healthways Forever Fit Programs
Forever Fit is a wellness benefit that improves health and enriches lives with access to the Zachariah Family Wellness Pavilion's fitness programs and classes. Members of participating health plans and employer groups receive the Forever Fit program at no additional cost beyond their health plan premium. Contact your Human Resources office to find out if you are eligible.
