From the minute he walked in I had the feeling he was angry with me, which makes no sense. A very limp handshake and no eye contact. Said I should have waited to see the cardiologist I had seen before or my internist. Didn't care that I was there because the ache in my leg was keeping me up at night and I was worried about it.

A doctor with medical experience that you can trust
The provider was and always has been an arrogant person with a massive ego. Seemed more interested in providing "tough love" than actual compassionate care. Did not make much eye contact during the visit as he was more concerned about looking at his computer screen and giving notes to the attendant who was also in the room. His "treatment recommendation" was essentially "make some lifestyle changes." He did not seem interested in discussion or other matters.

As a retired healthcare professional who had a private practice and self managed office, I would be very disappointed to have my office perceived in this way. The indifference ftom the front desk staff to the nurses to even the practitioner lacks compassion. The arrogance is prevalent even when couched in phrases such as "only a recommendation". The written reports in the patient portal does not reflect the actual visit -- the report was so inconsistent with the exam for example the practitioner NEVER physically touched my body but the report states examination that requires physical examination. Further my 2:45 pm appointment consisted of maybe 25 minutes yet I sat in an exam room for over 20 minutes waiting.
Very satisfied with Dr. Llanos and Radologist department. Great experience at Holy-Cross. I'll definitely recommend you.

Dr llanos is a very qualified doctor from what I know. he does need to have more patience with me and give me a chance to get my thoughts out rather then to take control of a conversation and talk over me. I always walk out of his appointments feeling I haven't been able to get my point across. he seems upset at times during our appointment. after my heart attack I'm aware that my mental illness was affected by it and it's taken time for my acceptance to it. he doesn't have patience for this I believe. hope that changes over time.
