Brought into an exam room for intake. Then told I could not b seen in this room. Was sent back to waiting room where I sat for 15 minutes. Finally brought to another exam room where I waited another 15 minutes for doctor.
I have been Dr M's patient for several years now. With a family history of heart disease, he has truly given me the best possible care and working toward the long term goal of heart health.
Excellent and Trusting him with my health situation. The front office could use some refresher trading on inter-personal skills . Not really welcoming. Thus one patient walked out. It is take this and sit down attitude. I believe it could be too many patients coming through to handle.

Also, as I left the examination room, Dr. Munuswamy turns to me and asked, am I taking a aspirin in my medicine regimen, if he had looked at any of my medications he would鈥檝e seen that yes, I do indeed take a baby aspirin. I just don鈥檛 believe there is any focus for my care each time I come for a evaluation.

This was my first visit with the doctor and I was very impressed with both his knowledge base, professionalism, and bedside manner.
The physician was very attentive to my symptoms. He listened and asked detailed questions more than once so he can picture exactly what I am going through. He recommended that I see a hematologist as well because I had some blood pooling on my left elbow without hurting myself in December and in April. Also I had a blood clot removed on one of my fingers in February.
Very thorough. He explained every thing he needed to test for. If I did not understand something he cheerfully repeated subject so I understood.

I needed more information during the visit. At the time of the stress test I saw him come to the edge of the room. He did not speak to me and left after test. I read that I would get the result after the test or the next day. No call. I called the office the next day and he called back but I still didn't get enough information from him. He had no suggestion about how to handle the sx's :follow up in 6 months'
