You need to work on communication among staff. When we checked in we were sent to 401 to Dr Purow’s office when his office moved to 501 a long time ago. Further as I was leaving.,,, the check in line was literally out the door! Badddddd Look

Lana was okay. but not always up to speed on the details. The larger issue was the refusal to see my 94 year old husband for his testing and sending him away without the needed test.
She actually spent more time with me due to some complicating factors and I did not feel rushed at any point.

As I wrote before...Dr. Purow was backed up.. DNP Lana Simmonds a good fit for me when Dr. Purow not available. I feel very fortunate to have become a patient of this practice.
