There were many providers, so this question is very vague. The office staff does not communitcate direcly with each other and there is a lack of communication between so many staff, too many people. Phone operators, LPN, RN, scheduler, PA and they need to take copious notes to there are not so many mistakes. They are trying to see too many people, annsering too many calls, EIther delay the scheduling to see less people or hire more people.
