There has been major improvements in the customer service of this orthopedic group. No more long check-in lines, the phone is answered quickly, and they will transfer you back to the doctor鈥檚 staff if you are an existing patient.
I am grateful that Dr Pappas uses diagnostics for the most accurate diagnosis and uses orthotics for treatment in order to avoid corrective surgery if possible

I understand that scheduling patients for office visits do not always result in short wait times as they assume a certain time window allocated per patient that may not turn out to be realistic. Therefore, I was surprised that my last visit resulted in minimal wait time and swift service. I assume someone may have canceled their appointment at the last minute or patients just required less time for examinations and treatment on that particular day.
