I appreciate the online check in where I can pay my copay and not need to do any of it in the office. I鈥檝e never had to wait more than 5 min beyond my appt time too. It is just an easy pleasant experience dealing with this office.

I think It is unacceptable to schedule an appointment 3 months in advance and then have a receptionist call you at 4:45 pm the day before a 9:00 am appointment the next day to tell you that the practice is out if the medicine you need.
