I will always come to your Cancer Center because everyone there is very caring.
The wait time was almost 1 hour which is unacceptable. Dr Azzi apologized profusely and explained that his office is now lacking 1 doctor and that he is now being scheduled 3 patients in each time slot. It is easy to understand that it is virtually impossible to see 3 different patients all at once in the same time slot. This is unfair to the patient as well as to Dr Azzi.

My medical history is very complicated, but Dr. Azzi listened, unlike other specialists I've seen at a Miami facility. You should be grateful you have him on staff!!

I inadvertently hit "cancel" on my appointment confirmation text. Didn't realize it until the front desk clinicians told me I had cancelled the appointment Rather than sending me home they were able to keep my appointment, after all others completed there's and that's the kind of service one can only hope for these days!
