I think that Dr Arias is very good at what she does and have complete confidence in her judgment to help me improve. I would only request that after performing a procedure, she鈥檇 provide some additional information explaining what to expect, how long to expect pain and what length of time do these procedures typically last. I he have a list of questions of my own. but sometimes forget to ask. A review would be greatly appreciated.

The provider stated that if I continue to take medical cannabis (which was prescribed by my physician and is helping me with my pain) I would not be able to have medication pain management done here. She stated this was based on a decision made 5 years ago due to a lack of studies. I followed up and sent her a study published in JAMA January 2023 showing how this can be beneficial. No response at this time. I felt judged and dismissed about my pain. Not a great experience to say the least.

Provider is not willing to understand that a failed approach to treat her patient should not be repeated again ! There should be a valid explanation to repeat a failed regimen and a valid reason why she should not look for another source of pain that her patients may be experiencing . This doctor does not have much of bed matter and tends to switch to a defensive answers to her patients instead of showing empathy and a reasonable approach to make a positive outcome to her patients.
