Dr. Arnaout was thoughtful, cheerful, and professional. He has a very welcoming demeanor and listens attentively.
The nurse/staff who brought me back to the room to see Dr Arnaout was not very friendly or personable. I did not feel comfortable with her, more so that she did not want to be bothered. She had long blonde braids but I do not remember her name.

I am very pleased with the treatment I am receiving from Dr. Arnaout. As I stated, he is courteous, professional, yet is warm and reassuring as well. I believe he is a good doctor and I have confidence in him.

I have had many Holy Cross oncologists through the years. They all left to go teach at Yale or practice at other facilities such as Northwestern. During the summer I got a call that Dr Segota had left, but my October appointment would still be honored by another oncologist. I was disappointed, but decided to keep the appointment. If I did not like the new doctor, I would look for someone closer to Coral Springs, where I live. I found Dr Armout to be very caring and he was the first oncologist who explained the complications of an estrogen dependent cancer to exemystane; both apply to me. I have very bad bone scans and osteoporosis and have had many fractures and 4 surgeries to deal with complex fractures. I thank Dr Arnout for this information and have made the choice to discontinue exemystane.

Kind and courteous, however, each time I visit the office my blood work is never there and no one called to inform me that the blood work is not in.
