space is a premium in your office, however, when staff/techs are doing tests, typing in the computer their backs are constantly to the patient. Anyway that can be reoriented? Also when talking about results, such as pacemaker tests and talking among themselves it would be nice if they explained to the patient what and why are talking about certain results as it relates to the patient.

Ross waited until a holiday weekend and mere days before prescriptions were set to expire to tell me she would not authorize a refill of my high blood pressure medications without an office visit with HER. I had an appointment with Dr. Limperis on the books already, but that did not matter to her. I had to find out from Walgreens that she denied my refills. So, I called to make an appointment with her and was told by the person answering the phone that she did not have time before my prescriptions expired. I informed that either she had to give me a time before they expired or she had to refill prescriptions. I was told the same thing again. I actually had to tell the person to ask Ross if she preferred that I die of a heart attack or a stroke. That prompted getting an appointment time. She should not run her practice this way. She should not have waited so long to inform me. She should not have done this over a holiday weekend. She should have spoken to me about all this when I came in but did not. During the visit, she did not do anything but take my blood pressure and ask me questions, the answers for which were already in my chart. It was a waste of time and money and caused great hardship on me. I had to postpone a COVID booster to make the only appointment time work. I consider her actions a threat to my overall health. This survey is meant to assess Ross alone and is NOT reflective of my opinion of Dr. Limperis or his staff, who have always met or exceeded my expectations in the past.
*Lauren Ross is a true professional and is an asset to the office. *Lidia, clerk/receptionist, is beyond helpful. Exceptional!

Lauren is great. Needed to get In but Dr. L was not in so I have seen Lauren before and feel extremely comfortable with her. She is very thorough.
Sudden hypertension w/no explanation. Far too quick to prescribe a Rx rather than look for reasons.
