    I had a very disappointing experience with Nurse Practitioner Lyudmyla Tymtsyas. From the moment she entered the room, she seemed frantic and was rambling about something I couldn't understand. When I explained my symptoms and what I had been taking, I felt like she wasn't really listening or understanding me. This became even more apparent when she sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy, causing a delay in starting my medication—something that was urgent. I left the appointment feeling confused and unsure of what to do next. Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience and would not recommend seeing her.

    I was expecting to see my primary care doctor when the appointment was made but was told he was not available. I took a chance in seeing Lyudmla since I have been suffering for a while and could not wait anymore for another appointment. I am proud to say that Lyudmyla is an excellent practitioner who made me feel "heard" Thank you.

    The NP did her job. She didn't seem to understand that I was under a care plan and my Dr doesn't want to rock the boat with additional meds. I have made steady, slow progress until the latest blood tests. She didn't question why I thought I got the most recent result.
