My experience is always amazing and she really is in my age range so we actually have a good bond between us and it makes me very comfortable to say exactly how I feel always. I had to wait 10 days for the provider to send in a pre authorization for a diabetes medication. I was to I would get a call back 2 separate days and never got it.
