It was only one of the receptionists who was rude to both of us. The others were very nice (and I think one of them apologized to us after the rude one did what she did). So my low ratings include her in that. I would have given the reception higher marks if I could separate out that problem woman. Dr Moretti was ok but he didn't seem too interested in asking very many questions. I felt he had a nice manner but I felt he could have followed up more on my concerns.

The doctor didn鈥檛 seem to have all of the information on his computer screen that was entered into the MyChart portal as part of the check-in process. I had to provide a physical copy of my medications from the MyChart portal.
