I have the wrong codes for my referrals. Not one person answered the phone or left a place for voicemail in the Referral dept. I called 6 times throughout the day. Finally spoke to Holy Cross who had to connect me to a person in the office. This was the second time the coding was wrong. It took me 3 months to clear their mistake.

It would be helpful if the nurse explained that I couldn't move at all (even doing stuff on my phone) for the BP machine to work correctly.

Everything and everyone was great, friendly, clean, wonderful. I just don't like having to wait over 45 minutes in the exam room before seeing the doctor - with no explanation or apology. My time is important too. Don't over book patients.

This is the first PCP I鈥檝e had who won鈥檛 write a script for 90 days, refill times 3. Now that I know how nearly possible it is to get a script sent to the pharmacy, I鈥檓 thinking this office may not be for me.

It is been a few years since I鈥檝e seen a doctor and I鈥檓 very pleased with Dr Nicome. She has taken the time to have a discussion to understand my lifestyle as a full time RVer and how I manage my process of taking my INR blood viscosity testing and reporting for my A-Fib. She truly appears to care for my wellbeing and honors my desire and practice to follow holistic self-care.
Dr is new and young always in a hurrycome in and look at computer tell you what she see on it never ask you whats your concerned drs need to have a talk with patience and talk about their meds and ache and pains cause if drs are in a hurry you dont get a chance to explain your problem to them and that irritates me .
Such a wonderful & competent doctor. Nurturing & attentive with expert medical feedback and understanding.
