I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Nicome. I am ever so grateful for her embracing my challenges. I feel so much better on my journey back to health.

I was not satisfied with 45+ minute wait for MD to connect on to Evisit. I was ready 15 minutes prior to my scheduled visit
Dr. Nicome is very thorough and explains things well.
I had a telehealth appointment. They made me wait for over an hour without checking back or apologizing. I'm not sure if she's overbooked but this happens all the time. The woman who called to pre screen me was rude and short - interrupting and I had trouble understanding her because she spoke so fast. When I asked her to slow down, she just repeated herself the same way - 4 times. She also had an attitude. Not welcoming at all. And I'm not old - I'm 49. My doctor never explained why she was late or showed empathy. She also tried to take me off my cholesterol medicine even after explaining to her that they are clearly working. My levels went down significantly. They're doing what they're supposed to do. Why would I stop taking them? My liver is fine. It's my heart that concerns me. She's not a cardiologist though, I understand. Maybe she wants to be. I don't know. She was a bit argumentative though. Just an overall bad experience.

Some delay in receiving call backs from doctor’s assistant; in past years / previous staff this was very quickly managed.

Appt was at 2,:15, did not see Dr. Until 3:15, no explanation and no updates from anyone on staff
Very good. Dr. Nicome makesvme feel very comfortable. She's a professional that cres. And l didnt see any hand washing because they were wearing gloves. All good !

I have the wrong codes for my referrals. Not one person answered the phone or left a place for voicemail in the Referral dept. I called 6 times throughout the day. Finally spoke to Holy Cross who had to connect me to a person in the office. This was the second time the coding was wrong. It took me 3 months to clear their mistake.
I feel safe and at ease
It would be helpful if the nurse explained that I couldn't move at all (even doing stuff on my phone) for the BP machine to work correctly.
