Because of an emergency appointment before me and I was unaware if I had an unusually long wait as a first time patient. By the time Dr. Mills came to me I was less than happy. I explained to him that I felt that they were rude and unprofessional having kept me wait 2 1/2 hours, however, after Dr. Mills explained to me about what his day was like and what he dealt with. I totally understood and was moved by his compassion for the other patient. He is a true, gentle soul.

Knowing I am suffering with additional pain from my knee, I feel that Dr. Miller could have recommended a colleague of his who might be able to help me. I cannot even deal with my Achilles Tendinitis until I can walk on my left leg. It really angered me that because he only treats the ankles, he really showed no interest or consideration in most pressing medical problem which I believe ia caused by the same antibiotics that caused the tendinitis in my Achilles Tendins.in my other issue

This doctor consistently interrupted me. He would ask a question and then would not let me answer. He then proceeded to patronize me for not knowing my medical history. My father attended the appointment with me because he was curious with the doctor I would say. The doctor direct all questions and comments towards my father and only made eye contact with my father. As a 35-year-old woman who has spent seven years treating this disease I do not need the doctor speaking to my father on my behalf. I am more than capable of dealing with my health care of myself.

As a first time patient - the visit felt rushed. The process was not explained to me and there were several people involved in the care and diagnosis, none introduced and none explained what the process was going to be. After care still has not been explained no follow up as been completed. I paid in office for a brace, and the person providing the brace was the only one who explained what the brace was for and when and how to use it. I am still trying to figure out what the Doctor and his affiliates have decided regarding the care and treatment of my foot.

He explained my foot problem thoroughly until I asked an innocuous question. It was like a switch was thrown - he started talking to the nurse about me! His attitude changed to sarcastic and defensive. I tried to act conciliatory, but he remained condescending and aloof. The whole incident was upsetting. My partner knew I was upset. It literally ruined my day to have this interaction. He is very knowledgeable in his field, but his interaction with me was terrible. I was given a follow-up appointment, which I am going to cancel.
