Dr. Acosta and staff were outstanding. My blood pressure was elevated mainly because I had not eaten nor drank as I was in a hurry to get there on-time. Dr. Acosta actually sent the nurse to inform me to call the office if I felt unwell. My family members were very grateful.

I like how the doctor talked to me but it will be nice if on the first visit, the doctor reviews your records. I had a cervical surgery and when she examined me, she made comments about how my neck was curve. I had to explain to her that it has been a year since my surgery and now I am doing physical therapy.

i moved to FL a year 1/2 ago and found a PCDr, but I was not really happy with him, because his office was in Pompano. During my Catholic Church RCIA group, the lady talked about the Holy Cross Hospital. The next day I googled the hospital and made an appointment. The lady on the phone was very polite and caring. Then, I made another appointment and I had the same wonderful experienced. I felt special, because finding good providers and service(s) as well have been really difficult here in Florida, especially now during the pandemic. I need a physical, so I was going to see Dr. Acosta to actually 'interview' her and see if she was the right person to become my PCDr. I loved the drive to the office since it was by the coast way, so I enjoyed the gorgeous day, and the joy of the people outside having fun! did not feel like I was going to see a doctor. when I arrived everyone was really helpful and polite, and Doctor Acosta was very patient, helpful, caring and after my appointment, I have selected her as my PCDr. when I went to the Hospital to have my XRay, it was refreshing to see a hospital with Jesus on the cross, special people greeting you and also a 'Chapel', it made me feel like I'm now part of a Catholic Hospital...something very unique! and dearly in my heart.
