Holy Cross Physician Partners is a clinically integrated health care provider network that unites independent and employed physicians along with the Holy Cross Hospital to improve quality care, patient satisfaction and efficiency of healthcare costs. Today, hundreds of physicians in our community (greater Broward and Southern Palm Beach County) are part of Holy Cross Physician Partners.

The HCPP approach is to coordinate your healthcare to suit your individual healthcare needs by coordinating efforts between partner physicians to share your personal health information with one another to assure the right care is delivered at the right place at the right time—all at the right cost. We feel this approach is crucial to attaining high quality health care.

In January 2013, Holy Cross Physician Partners was awarded one of the first Accountable Care Program contracts from Florida Blue. Through this agreement, thousands of Florida Blue subscribers will have access to HCPP’s network of physicians.
