Interventional Radiology
The Interventional Radiology Team treats hospital inpatients, as well as individuals experiencing vascular emergencies, those referred by their physician for outpatient procedures and existing patients in need of ongoing vascular care.
What Sets Us Apart
A tremendous benefit of our program is that we can often intervene and achieve successful outcomes without traditional surgery. And while many hospitals use two incisions (one each in the neck and chest) to insert dialysis catheters and infusaports, our team uses a single, discreet incision to the chest – and has for years.
Conditions Treated
Our highly skilled and compassionate team is here to help if you are experiencing:
- Abdominal Aneurysm
- Aortic Aneurysm
- Pain while walking
- Peripheral Vascular Disease and other vascular conditions
- Thoracic Aneurysm
Treatments
- Angiograms
- Angioplasty (opening blocked arteries in the heart and legs)
- Implantation of dialysis catheters
- Implantation of infusaports for chemotherapy patients
