Immunizations
Holy Cross Health's Community Health & Well-being offers vaccines to both adult and pediatric patients.
CHWB participates in the Vaccines for Children (VFC) Program through the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). If your child is Medicaid-eligible, Medicaid-enrolled, or uninsured, Community Outreach can assist you in obtaining required vaccinations for your child.
The team also responds to the vaccine needs of our adult community. Adults can get various vaccines to stay healthy:
- MPox
- Hepatitis- A
- Meningitis
- COVID-19
- Flu
To schedule vaccines for adults or children, Monday-Friday, please call 954-542-1663.
Team is multilingual (English, Spanish, French, Creole)
Community events happen during non-traditional hours and weekends. If you see us out and about, please stop by and say hi!
